Based in Minonk, IL Heartland Cable Inc started in 1986 serving the community of Sibley, IL and expanded over the years to where we now serve over 1,000 customers in 8 towns in central illinois!  In 2000 we started offering digital tv service and continued expansion in 2002 by offering high speed cable modem internet service!
